aftermarket brand clutch, including those from Competition Clutch. Mass
reduction in a flywheel allows for quicker and easier acceleration.
Significant weight is removed to make a noticeable difference in
acceleration, but only enough to preserve the drivability of a factory
setup. This flywheel is recommended for most street applications or
those that are not producing significantly more power than stock. The
single piece ring gear is machined to OEM specifications. The flywheel
assembly itself is stamped from 4140 steel and balanced for smooth
operation.
