Cobb offers their stainless steel Y-Pipe as a direct fit for your 2008-11 Nissan GT-R. Whether you are using Cobb's own Downpipe kit or any other exhaust combination, sticking with the factory layout ensures the best fitment possible. The twin 3" pipes feed into a single 3.5" main pipe, with stainless steel flex sections TIG welded in to allow for slight movement in the exhaust without the risk of frustrating cracks.
A catless and catted variant is available, to suit your specific needs. Eliminating the factory Y-Pipe cats will yield even greater gains for cars that do not require emissions inspections. For the catted option, two small high-flow cats are inserted to maintain high amounts of exhaust flow without sacrificing catalytic converters entirely. Please consider your local emissions testing procedures before removing the factory cats, as even high flow cats may fail emissions tests in some states.
