Carbotech now offers a special wheel formula cleaner that has been proven to remove brake dust, especially from Carbotech brake pads, better than any other detail product currently available. Simple, yet effective, you can just spray the cleaner onto the wheels and tires, allow to sit for a few moments, and then hose off. A few passes may be required on heavily caked brake dust, but it will safely remove the typical black brake dust from the shiniest of wheels without causing any damage. This is a non-toxic product that will not harm your vehicle's paint, although we certainly recommend keeping the spray on your wheels and tires alone.
